At Visual Art, we are looking for a Sales coordinator where you will have a high level of responsibility, opportunities to influence your work, and supportive colleagues around you, in a pleasant and central office at Hälsingegatan 47, Stockholm.
The Role
In this role, you will act as a central point of contact between our internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Working alongside a colleague in the same role, you will support the Swedish sales department by managing administrative processes, handling parts of the quotation and order placement process, contract invoicing, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience from start to finish.
Your Profile
We believe you have
Experience within administrative work in CRM systems (experience in Salesforce and/or having served as a superuser or similar is considered a plus).
Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (ability to set up calculations and perform basic data analysis), PowerPoint (ability to quickly put together presentations ready for sales meetings), and Word.
Experience managing multiple internal touchpoints and collaborating across different departments.
Is fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
We believe that you are structured, proactive, meticulous, and communicative – you see what needs to be done, take initiative, and work independently. We assume you have worked in an administrative position for at least two years, have learned how to best organize your work, and are now curious about sales.

The position is a 15-month parental leave replacement with an initial probationary period. Work will be based at our office in central Stockholm and report to the Sales Director Sweden. We recruit on an ongoing basis, with the last day of application being 2026-10-01. We conduct background checks prior to employment.
