Job Description and Key Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Motion Designer / Digital Reinzeichner to join our Design Studio in Hamburg. In this role, you will work closely with motion designers, art directors, and project managers to create high-quality content for digital signage channels.

You will primarily contribute to the production and adaptation of visual content for a major international fast-food brand, focusing on in-store communication such as digital menu boards and promotional content.

Your responsibilities include

• Create and adapt motion and static design assets for digital signage channels.

• Ensure high-quality execution of layouts in line with established brand guidelines.

• Produce and refine visual content such as menu boards, promotional materials, and campaign assets.

• Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and project managers in daily production work.

• Translate creative concepts into pixel-perfect final deliveries.

• Maintain consistency in typography, layout, and visual details across all deliverables.

• Support concept development and contribute ideas to improve visual communication.

• Work in a structured and efficient way to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile

You are a detail-oriented and passionate designer with a strong eye for visual communication. You enjoy working hands-on with design production, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and take pride in delivering high-quality work aligned with brand standards.

• A strong passion for visual communication and design.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and InDesign), and basic knowledge of After Effects.

• A keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.

• A structured, precise, and reliable way of working.

• Confidence in working with and applying existing brand guidelines (CI).

• Ability to adapt and refine layouts across different formats and channels.

• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to contribute ideas.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

• Initial experience in motion design or concept development is a plus.

• Open to adapt new way of workings using AI

• German and English skills
