Senior Backend Developer

Your daily work

As a senior .NET Developer at Visual Art, you are part of a strong development team that likes technology discussions, inspiration lunches, and pair programming. You will mainly work with Visual Arts CMS - which controls the screens of the company's clients.

You work closely with the development manager and the rest of the team and take responsibility for the development of the backend. For the most part, this means new development in the form of customer-specific and tailored solutions, as well as a smaller part of operation and management linked to the CMS platform.

You will of course also take part in and share best practices. You will therefore form a cornerstone in the team and in the long term there are good opportunities to gain more responsibility and take on a more comprehensive role.

• Communication protocols with REST API, SignalR, and gRPC
• Unit testing using xUnit
• SaaS solution based on a microservices architecture on Azure Kubernetes Service
• Azure services such as AKS, Container Registry, Storage Account, SQL Server, Application Insights, Key Vault, App Configuration, Azure Functions, etc.
• Infrastructure as Code via Terraform
• Kubernetes CI/CD pipeline with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Helm, and ArgoCD

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience as a software developer
• In-depth knowledge of building backend solutions with Microsoft technology stack
• Great experience in delivering well-tested, maintainable, and functioning code
• Experience working with Cloud development, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Analytic thinker and problem-solving skills
• A valid work permit in Sweden

• Strong communication skills in English

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with customer integration
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong communication skills in Swedish
